Get To Know Me
Dr. Enemuoh's journey is deeply rooted in her rich cultural heritage. Originally from Nigeria, she moved to the United States in her late teens, accompanied by her parents and three siblings. This transition allowed her to embrace and carry forward the diverse experiences of her homeland.

Growing up in Nigeria, Dr. Enemuoh was surrounded by an extended family, including her three grandparents, cousins, aunties, and uncles. These formative years were filled with cherished moments, such as accompanying her grandparents to local farms, markets, and many cultural events. These experiences instilled in her a profound appreciation for community, tradition, and the simplicity of rural life.

Her education in Nigeria was equally diverse, providing her with a unique perspective. She attended schools in both metropolitan cities and rural towns, each offering contrasting experiences. While her time in the bustling cities exposed her to modern educational environments, it was the Christian boarding school in a rural town that left a lasting impression. The school's life was deeply influenced by Christian values, contrasting with the more secular atmosphere of urban schools. Being close to her grandparents during this period allowed her to strengthen family bonds and immerse herself in the traditions and wisdom of her elders.

Dr. Enemuoh's early life in Nigeria laid the foundation for her strong sense of identity, resilience, and adaptability, all of which continue to guide her personal and professional journey in the United States.
“Chiamaka manifested her intelligence from childhood. She seemed to have monopolized the intelligence of her siblings put together. I used to be baffled by her sound reasoning and logic in any matter she could talk about.
In adulthood, she pursued her quests with determination and endurance. If anything good she wanted to do were doable, she would achieve it.
While in college, she studied and worked part-time. After graduating from college and looking for work, if one door closes, she doesn’t give up. She keeps trying other doors. From working for other people, she ventured into business, where her planning, managerial, and other abilities came to light. I am particularly impressed with her planning ability. She plans everything down to the last detail.
We, her parents, are happy with and proud of Chiamaka. We are also happy that she has a very intelligent and well-educated supportive husband and that their children are following in their footsteps.”

“I knew from when Chiamaka was three months old that she would become someone special. She showed her determination early, starting to walk at just six months old. By age four, she was already helping me prepare meals for the family, always eager to contribute however she could. As the first of my four children, Chiamaka took on the role of caregiver to her two brothers and sister, even when I wasn’t home. She reasoned like an adult and always worked hard at school and home. Chiamaka was never afraid to try things others deemed impossible.
Chiamaka is a person of remarkable endurance, determination, and hard work. Her sense of humor, kindness, and empathy drive her to go above and beyond to help others in need. These qualities have shaped her into the person she is today. She never complains about the challenges she faces. She gracefully weathered the challenges of starting a healthcare business with limited resources. This shows her incredible strength and determination when she sets her mind to something.
Chiamaka is the kind of daughter every parent would be proud to have. I am incredibly proud of her accomplishments and grateful for the wonderful person she has become. I’m also happy that her children follow in her footsteps. I cannot forget to mention her wonderful husband, Professor Emmanuel Enemuoh, whose help and encouragement have been key to her success.
Mummy is so proud of you, and I love you, my daughter.”

(Resident’s Sister)
“My sister, a longtime resident of Lifestone Health Care, depends on her caregivers there. She feels secure and comfortable because of the environment fostered and exemplified by Chiamaka – one of respect, dignity, love, and compassion. Her no-nonsense, hands-on style, along with lots of love, compassion, and humor, are reflected in her staff.
My sister’s extensive care has been extremely well managed, above & beyond the normal care. As her business letterhead states, Chiamaka is reliable, respectful, & rock-solid. She has learned her profession and built her business from the ground up. She knows what it takes to do the job of providing care. As an owner-operator, she is always there, taking care of business, ensuring she & her staff provide excellent care in a loving & as home-like environment as possible.”

“I came to Lifestone in 2020 and have received really good care from Chiamaka. I came with diabetes and now my doctor has taken me off diabetes medication. She makes sure that my appointments are scheduled and transportation is available for me. Chiamaka will often come to check how I am doing and if I need anything. It is really easy to get personal access to Chiamaka when I need to. Chiamaka makes birthdays and holidays fun at Lifestone.”

“I have the pleasure to work for Chiamaka and her company, Lifestone. Chiamaka is a great example of how a nurse sees a person and not just a client. Her smile and willingness to care for the clients is real. She meets the clients where they are in their lives to give them a comfortable fulfilling life. She shows me and my fellow coworkers how to be kind and caring to the clients. She is always available when we need help and guides me and my coworkers without judgement. She reminds me and my coworkers that we are important to the lives of the clients for them to be happy and comfortable, and we the employees are important to her. She listens to our ideas about clients’ needs to help a situation. Chiamaka motivates myself and my fellow coworkers to do our very best, not just for the clients, but for each other. She reminds us that we are all human and will make mistakes but if we learn from them it will make everyone’s life better. Chiamaka is a great nurse and I am better for knowing her.”
